melt butter and set aside. add sugar and whisk until dossolved.

add the egg and yolk, mix well to combine.

add the yogurt and vanilla and miz until thick and smooth.

add shredded zucchini and stir to combine.

add the dry ingredients to zucchini mixture.

fold the ingredients together. do not over mix.

add the chocolate chips and stir to combine. the batter will be thick.

transfer the batter to a parchment lined 9 x 5 loaf pan. top with more chocolate chips.
