prepare the streusel and store in fridge until ready to use.

preheat oven and prepare pan. cream butter and oil together and slowly add sugar until fluffy. add egg and vanilla.

combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl and slowly add dry to butter and egg mixture, alternating buttermilk.

transfer batter to prepared pan. top with frozen blueberries and sprinkle stresel on top.

bake for 45 to 50 minutes. remove cake and let cool for 30 minutes. drizzle glaze on top and serve.
