Description
This milk chocolate macadamia nut skillet cookie is the ultimate sweet and salty treat that is meant to be shared. Grab a spoon and dig in!

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup chopped milk chocolate
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Ice cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease bottom and sides of a 10 inch cast iron skillet
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar on medium high speed until well combined, about one minute
- Add eggs, one at a time until incorporated
- Add vanilla
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Whisk to mix.
- With mixer on low speed, slowly add flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until a few streaks of flour still remain. Do not over mix
- Remove bowl from mixer and add nuts and chocolate. Stir to combine
- Spoon dough into the prepared skillet, using hands or a spatula to gently press dough down evenly in skillet
- Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is just barely set
- Remove from oven and allow to cool 10 minutes before serving
- Top with ice cream and more chopped chocolate if desired
